Trentodoc Brut Millesimato 2019 Magnum

A magnum of sparkling wine is what you need for a big party or a classy aperitif. Trentodoc Millesimato by Altemasi is a vintage blanc de blancs, obtained from Chardonnay from the Valle dei Laghi and the hills of Trentino. The vineyards are located between 450 and 600 meters where the grapes ripen while maintaining the acidity necessary to be transformed into sparkling wine. The mountain environment of Trentino is particularly suited to the production of traditional method sparkling wines with Chardonnay, as evidenced by the tradition of the Trentodoc. This vintage sparkling wine is distinguished by a fine and graceful personality.

The base wine is fermented and aged only in steel. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the traditional method and the wine ages on the lees for about 3 years.
