Altemasi is an autonomous specialized line of the Cavit winery. The Altemasi brand identifies Trentodoc sparkling wines produced with Trentino grapes according to a centuries-old tradition. It has a strong link with the territory and can count on grapes from high altitude vineyards, ideal for sparkling wine.
The quality of the grapes is essential to be able to make long refinements on the lees, which in Altemasi's philosophy are at least 36 months, therefore well beyond the requirements of the appellation. The Riserva Graal is a legendary label, which has enjoyed success year after year.
Altemasi is a member of the Trentodoc consortium which coined the slogan "Sparkling wine from the mountains”.
