Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Spelt ORO 2021 Box da 6 bottiglie

A pure Trebbiano d'Abruzzo, cultivated at an altitude of 150-250 m above sea level with an Abruzzi pergola training system. 

Harvesting takes place in the first half of September; once the grapes arrive at the winery, they are vinified in white and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel. The wine matures on the lees in steel tanks for four months and then ends its ageing in cement for twelve months. Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Spelt 'ORO' is then bottled without clarification, without forced stabilisation and without filtration.
