Traminer aromatico 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
Conte Brandolini d'Adda's Traminer aromatico, is made according to Friulian winemaking traditions. The grapes are carefully selected and brought to the winery where they undergo a crush-destemming process. This is followed by 96 hours of cryomaceration and a soft pressing. The must then ferments for 8 days at about 15/17°C and ages in cement tanks on the fine lees for seven months.
Features
Colour: straw yellow.
perfume: notes of lychee, peach, pineapple, wisteria and yellow roses, with hints of citrus and herbs.
Taste: fresh, slightly savory and smooth, with an aftertaste of wisteria, spices and herbs.
Suggestions
Drink in its youth, accompanying it with fish or vegetable risottos.
Recommended with: vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
