Pinot Grigio Friuli Grave DOC 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
The grapes, exclusively Pinot grigio, are destemmed and pressed after a careful harvest. The must undergoes alcoholic fermentation for 10 days at a temperature of about 17/18 degrees.
The wine is then transferred to concrete tanks with its own fine lees, where it will age for a few months, with weekly baonnage.
Features
Colour: straw yellow.
perfume: melon, banana, golden apple, white peach, acacia flowers, roses and light hints of herbs.
Taste: very savory, fresh and with a long, lingering finish.
Suggestions
Serve in glasses with a medium opening to enhance the perception of aromas. This pinot grigio is an ideal companion to a fish fry.
Recommended with: vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
