Traditional Mehtod Sparkling Wine Brut Primo
Primo is Casalfarneto’s line of products dedicated to Primo Togni, illuminated busuinessman and grandfather of the current owner. This sparkling wine was created in his memory; it is obtained with the traditional method and represents the ideas of continuous improvement and trial that have made the winery’s succes in the years.
It ages for 24 months in the bottle in contact with the fine lees in order to acquire elegance and balance.
Features
Colour: straw yellow with greenish rim.
perfume: pronounced fresh sensations of wild flowers and white peach.
Taste: refreshing, supple, mouth-filling and savory.
Suggestions
You can serve it both as an aperitif or at meals.
