The Macallan 12 YO triple casks
Macallan is one of Speyside's iconic distilleries, in business since 1824.
In 2018, the Macallan 12 years old triple cask is released to the market, for the ageing of which European ex-Sherry and American ex-Bourbon casks are used.
The wine'colour is bright gold, while aromas of vanilla, caramel, sultanas and orange peel stand out on the nose.
In the mouth it is soft and deep, with a finish of dried fruit.
