The PIedirosso grapes are harvested at different times according to the ripeness of the vineyards. They then undergo alcoholic fermentation for about 20 days in contact with the skins in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in steel tanks. The wine is then matured in new Allier and Never barriques for 8 months.
Ruby red in colour, the nose releases notes of small red fruits as well as spicy, floral and vegetal aromas.
The palate is bold and fresh, with persistent aromatic sensations.
