Ventaglio 2015 Ventaglio 2015 (con astuccio)

Ventaglio is a Bolgheri wine based on Cabernet franc, a grape variety that is difficult to cultivate but that gives elegant wines if it meets the right environmental conditions. In Bolgheri and in general on the Coast of Tuscany, Cabernet French has proved to ripen very well.
Ventaglio (lit. “Fan”) is also the name of a beautiful Argentiera’s vineyard, extended on the top of a small knoll, with rows arranged in a fan shape in all directions. The various segments of the vineyard have different exposures. Their sum creates a wine that is unique in terms of complexity and balance.
The Ventaglio wine is obtained with the Cabernet Franc of this vineyard - and a small addition of Cabernet sauvignon - with an artisanal care. It ages in French barriques and tonneau.
