Tellus Rosé di Syrah 2022

Tellus Rosé wine is produced with Syrah grapes in Upper Lazio on the border with Umbria. Syrah grapes are widely used in Southern France to produce successful rosé wines. In fact, it is a generous grape and gives the wine body and interesting fruity flavors. 10% of native Aleatico grapes indissolubly bind the wine to the territory and to the Italian tradition. Among other things, Aleatico is an aromatic grape with notes of rose and blackberry that make the wine very captivating.

Immediately after the harvest, the grapes are cooled to 10 ° C and macerated for an hour. After which they are softly pressed and the juice ferments in stainless steel vats at a low temperature, so as to preserve the fragrance of the perfumes. The wine does not carry out malolactic fermentation.
