The Sylvaner Gruss 2023 is a white wine produced by Gruss & Fils, a renowned winery in Alsace, France. It is made from 100% Sylvaner grapes from old vineyards located in Eguisheim on limestone soils.
The grapes used to produce this wine are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel for 1-2 months. The wine is matured on the fine lees for a variable period of time. The Sylvaner Gruss 2023 is a wine that can age well for 5-10 years.
