Today, Domaine Gruss & Fils is managed by André Gruss, a passionate oenologist who is committed to preserving his family's heritage while pushing forward innovation. The winery owns 25 hectares of vineyards, located on some of the best slopes in Alsace. The vineyards are planted with a wide variety of grapes typical of the region, including Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Sylvaner.

Gruss & Fils is renowned for producing aromatic dry white wines that display the finesse and elegance of Alsatian grape varieties. The wines are produced using traditional methods, with minimal emphasis on intervention in the cellar. This allows the grapes to fully express their unique character and the terroir from which they come.
