Marai de Marai Extra-Dry
The Marai de Marai sparkling wine is part of the Foss Marai special products line. The winery is committed to the recovery of native grape varieties of the Treviso hills with an experimental and research project. The goal is to create an elegant sparkling wine that is easy to approach.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vat and the second fermentation is carried out with the tank method.
Color: pale yellow
Bouquet: pear and melon.
Taste: light and round thanks to the extra-dry dosage.
We recommend it as an aperitif or paired with seafood starters.
