Sparkling wine Extra Dry Rosé Cuvée Sergio 1887 Luxury Collection

It is a rosé sparkling wine produced with red grapes grown in Trentino and Veneto; it has a pronounced, well-balanced taste, especially fruity with a tantalizing fizziness. It is suited to match cold cuts and snacks but can also be served at meals with risotto and delicate dishes. The base wine comes from alcoholic fermentation of black berried grapes in steel with short maceration on the skins. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the tank method.
