It combines the intense essence of New Zealand blood oranges, the freshness of raspberries and the liveliness of kaffir lime. Each sip is an enthralling experience: from the bright, tropical aroma with hints of orange peel and citrus leaves, to the juicy flavour of blood orange pulp that melds with resinous juniper and the freshness of mint. The finish is dry and peppery, with a lingering aftertaste of citrusy essential oils and a slightly hinted sweetness.
