Scaia Rosato 2021

The grapes used for this wine are 100% corvina, one of the varieties used for the production of Amarone. 

After a short cold maceration where the colour is extracted, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where it rests for some time. 

The wine has a pale pink colour and the nose expresses notes of raspberries and roses, as well as a citrus note. 

On tasting it is fresh, balanced and with a mineral note. 

Perfect for an aperitif, with seafood or pizza!
