The encounter between the traditional Tuscan blend, 85% Sangiovese, and the Bordeaux blend, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, both grown on the Scansano hills, gives rise to this fresh and lively Morellino. The grapes are harvested and selected manually; after 11 days of maceration, malolactic fermentation is carried out immediately after the alcoholic one in stainless steel tanks for about 10 months. The final refinement involves permanence in the bottle for 2 months.
