Rosé de Blancs Brut 1er Cru (con astuccio)
Rosé de Blancs Brut is a refined and delicate Champagne, characterised by a fresh and velvety aromatic profile enriched with hints of red fruits. Produced with the addition of reserve wines, it comes from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, mainly classified as Premier Cru and from vines aged between 30 and 75 years. The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed and undergo alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by malolactic fermentation. After a short ageing in neutral vats, blending takes place followed by light filtration on clay. The result is a pale Rosé with a persistent perlage, a delicate bouquet with notes of red fruits, floral hints and citrus nuances. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with platters of sliced meats and cold cuts, while in the mouth the fruit melds with the freshness of tangerine and grapefruit flavours, leading to an elegant, mineral finish.
