The Gimonnet family Maison has been around since 1750 and is currently run by brothers Olivier and Didier Gimonnet, grandsons of Pierre Gimonnet. They specialise in the production of Grands Blancs wines and own 28 hectares of vineyards located on the Côte des Blancs, including 11 hectares of Grands Crus in Cramant and Chouilly, 1 hectare in Oger, 14 hectares of Premier Cru and 2 hectares in Vertus.

Their oldest vines were planted between 1911 and 1913, located in the heart of the Grand Cru of Cramant. 60% of the vines are over 30 years old and 80% of the Grands Crus are over 50 years old. The style of their wines faithfully reflects the different characteristics of the terroirs used: elegance, purity and mineral expression, characterised by the typical freshness of the best Chardonnay fruit.

Gimonnet is therefore synonymous with high quality, thanks to the skill, foresight and experience acquired over the years. Their wines are a true reminder of the family's history, tradition and passion for viticulture.
