Rosae Rosato Bio is a single-varietal wine based on Frappato, a black grape native to Sicily. This wine is produced in Sicily and is cultivated using the Alberello Ibleo training system on limestone-marl soil.
The grapes are harvested by hand; both vinification and ageing are carried out in steel tanks.
The end result is a tasty and mineral wine, which on the nose expresses light notes of pepper, typical of Frappato, and a very fragrant and delicate fruitiness of strawberries and lemon; on the palate it is balanced, tasty and very drinkable.

perfume: delicate, fruity, wild strawberries, lemon, hints of pepper.
Taste: young, tasty, mineral.
Suggestions
Serve in a narrow goblet at a temperature of about 12 °C. We recommend pairing it with a Caprese salad or, at aperitif time, with quinoa bites.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster.
