The Baroni di Pianogrillo Organic Farm was born from a passion for Sicily, its land and agriculture. This place combines tradition and innovation with the aim of expressing to the full the exceptional territorial character and excellence of the raw materials grown and bred.

Pianogrillo Farm is located on the hill of the same name, between Modica and Chiaramonte, with over 80 hectares of cultivated land. The new winery, built in 2014 on the estate, uses modern facilities with zero environmental impact, guaranteeing the continuity of cultivation according to certified organic methods. This is done with respect for nature, the vines and the grapes, with little manipulation to enhance the extraordinary quality of the fruit and the uniqueness of the terroir. The result is excellent, intense wines that aim to capture a precise identity and quality based on purity and the absence of unnecessary adulteration.
