Roero Arneis 2021
The Roero Arneis di Ca 'Bianca was born in the hilly vineyards of the Piedmontese company, between Monferrato and Langhe. Where it manages to take mineral notes thanks to the sandy soils of this area.
This wine is produced entirely with Arneis grapes, which are aged in steel, where the wine remains for about 5 months before being bottled.
In the mouth you can perceive floral notes and a decisive peach fruit, pushed by a mineral and acidic shoulder that creates tension and makes it very balanced and pleasant on the palate.

perfume: Broom, chamomile, white peach, rosemary.
Taste: Entry in the mouth soft and mineral that creates a slender and fresh drink, aromatic and intense finish.
Suggestions
Perfect to drink immediately but can also wait 2 years in the cellar given its structure, we recommend it with seafood salads.
Recommended with: vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fresh cheese.
