Conte Hugues Chardonnay 2020
A great union between the white tradition of Burgundy and the Sicilian sun, where strength and finesse blend in the glass.
The vineyards are located in the beautiful hilly area of Camporeale, at an altitude of about 450 meters above sea level, on clayey-sandy soils, very suitable for the cultivation of white berried grapes. The climate is Mediterranean, very windy and characterized by good temperature ranges between day and night. The best bunches of Chardonnay are selected directly in the vineyard and delicately pressed. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Before bottling, the wine ages for 10 months in French oak barrels.
The result is an enveloping and intense wine rich in contrasts and nuances, perfect for those who love white wines of great international depth.
