Riserva Graal Trentodoc Brut 2016
The vineyards are located in the hilly areas most suited to sparkling wine production in Trentino, at around 500-600 metres above sea level. The perfectly ripe grapes are harvested by hand into crates and undergo a soft pressing. The must matures for at least 6 months in barriques, and then continues ageing for 68 months on the lees.
