Riesling Vieilles Vignes 2022 is a high-quality wine that represents an excellent expression of the Riesling grape variety in Alsace. It is a perfect wine for lovers of dry, mineral white wines.

The grapes are harvested by hand, so that only the best bunches are selected. Harvesting takes place at an optimal time of ripeness, when the acidity and sugar content are in perfect balance. The grapes are gently pressed to extract the juice (must). The must is then separated from the skins and seeds. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel at low temperatures. This process preserves the aromas and freshness of the wine. Fermentation is conducted by indigenous yeasts, which occur naturally on the grape skins. After primary fermentation, the wine is matured in French oak barrels for a variable period of 6 to 12 months. Ageing in wood gives the wine more complexity, structure and harmony. Once maturing is complete, the wine is filtered and bottled. Bottling takes place under vacuum to prevent oxidation of the wine.
