Riesling 2021

Riesling from the Casteggio winery is produced in purity, vintage 2022. During vinification, a technique of soft pressing in the absence of oxygen is used to preserve the aromas and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. The result is a wine with a deep straw yellow colour and an aromatic bouquet with hints of summer fruit and flowers. On the palate, the Riesling is fresh, savoury and pleasant, with a perfect combination of aromas and taste. Pairing perfectly with light hors d'oeuvres, risottos and blue cheeses, it is ideal for your summer evenings or conviviality with friends.
