Rhum Blanc Agricole Canne Bleue 70cl
The Rhum Blanc Agricole 'Canne Bleue' by Clément is a white rhum obtained from the distillation of a single variety of sugar cane, the Canne Bleue, unique in the world for its purplish blue hues. This rhum, produced in AOC Martinique, is known for its purity and authenticity.
Canne Bleue Clément is harvested and distilled at the beginning of the harvest season, and its gradual reduction takes place using spring water coming directly from Mount Pelée, until it reaches an alcohol content of 50 degrees. The result is a crystal-clear rum with fresh aromas of cane juice and lime, with a palate dominated by vegetal notes and a slight spiciness on the finish.

Suggestions
