Obtained exclusively from the juice of the rare Canne Bleue, this rhum presents a fruity aromatic profile with notes of lime, yuzu, aniseed and badian. It is characterised by a pleasant sweetness balanced by a fresh acidity, making it suitable for a wide range of drinks.
The cane bleues are harvested between January and June to best capture the flavour of Martinique. After careful fermentation and distillation, the white rum rests for months, developing a complex aromatic profile and extraordinary smoothness.
