R'Osè Lambrusco dell’Emilia IGT Box da 6 bottiglie
R'Osè is a sparkling rosé Lambrusco made from Lambrusco Marani grapes.
The grapes are harvested overnight and gently pressed immediately afterward, with filtration of the must bloom. Careful and prolonged fermentation follows in temperature-controlled autoclaves by the addition of varietal yeast. Bottling takes place in an isobaric environment with pushed microfiltration, and the wine is not subjected to pasteurization.
