Quinta Nota Prosecco Treviso DOC extra dry Box da 6 bottiglie
Prosecco Quinta Nota from the Varaschin winery is an Italian sparkling wine that stands out for its freshness, elegance and pleasantness. Produced with 100% Glera grapes from the vineyards of San Pietro di Barbozza, in the renowned Valdobbiadene area in the Veneto region, this Prosecco is an authentic expression of the local terroir and winemaking tradition. Prosecco Quinta Nota Varaschin undergoes a double refermentation in autoclaves, according to the Charmat or Martinotti method. This method involves fermentation of the wine in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with the addition of selected yeasts. Fermentation lasts approximately 30-45 days, after which the wine is filtered and bottled. This is followed by a period of refinement on the lees of about 6 months, which gives the wine complexity, structure and harmony.
