Prosecco Millesimato Extra Dry 2022
Paladin's Prosecco Millesimato comes from a historic production area, that of the Venetian plain. A part of Pinot Grigio is used in the blend, it contributes to the wine's fruity aromas and structure. Furthermore, since it is a vintage Prosecco, the grapes come from the same harvest and are subjected to careful selection. The extra dry dosage is the most frequent for Prosecco, as it guarantees fullness of taste and conveys the fragrant fruity aromas.
The grapes are gently pressed and the free-run must ferments in steel vats at a low temperature to obtain the base wine. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave according to the Tank Method.

Taste: fruity, balanced, savory.
Suggestions
To be enjoyed in youth. Serve it chilled in flutes. Excellent as an aperitif.
