Primitivo Promessa 2020

Produced with Apulian grapes, Primitivo Promessa is a bold and soft red wine with an intensely fruity taste. Primitivo is a very widespread grape variety in Apulia and much loved because it produces rich wines, with deep colors, captivating fruity scents and a powerful but velvety taste. It is a promise (Promessa in Italian), as the tasting is always satisfying due to its strength, to which the warm climate of the region in southern Italy also contributes.

The grapes are harvested fully ripe and vinified in steel vats with maceration on the skins. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and rests in steel until bottling.
