Primitivo Alchymia 2020 Duca di Saragnano

Alchymia red wine is produced in Puglia with 100% Primitivo grapes. It is a full-bodied wine, with intense aromas and persistent taste, but above all it is supple and fruity, easy to drink. Primitivo is one of the main black grape varieties of Puglia and is among the most cultivated nationally; it is very popular with consumers, not only Italians, in fact it is also grown in other countries of the world with different names (Zinfandel, Tribigrad). Its main characteristics are to give wines with deep colors and pronounced scent, often with a high alcohol level and a well-rounded taste.

The de-stemmed grapes are fermented in contact with the skins in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After racking, the wine also carries out malolactic fermentation. Then it ages in barrique.
