Terre Siciliane da uve leggermente appassite 2022 Duca di Saragnano
This wine is produced from a blend of black berried grapes grown in Sicily and through the drying technique. With a postponed harvest, the grapes concentrate sugars, flavor compounds and phenols. Consequently, the resulting wine is a full-bodied and intense wine, tending towards roundness. It is designed for the modern consumer and for the international taste, but also for those who want to enjoy a glass of wine even between meals, in fact its roundness makes it enjoyable with or without food.
Wine making foresees a late harvest of overripe grapes. After destemming, the grapes ferment in stainless steel vats in contact with the skins to extract color and polyphenols.
