Pinot Noir Fuxleiten comes from Montagna, the commune of origin of the Pfitscher winery. Montagna is the perfect area for the cultivation of Pinot Noir, which is able to give its best nuances here.
The must ferments in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature for about 10-15 days, during which constant pressing of the pomace cap takes place. After vinification, the wine matures in oak barrels for a few months.
