Friulano Friuli DOC 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
Friulano Friuli DOC is made from 100% Friulano grapes, carefully selected. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation in total reduction for about eight days at a controlled temperature of 16/17°C.
The wine matures on the fine lees for six months in cement tanks, during which weekly batonnage is carried out.
Features
Colour: strohgelb.
perfume: almonds, marzipan, peach, pear, apple, wild flowers and daisies.
Taste: fresh and dry; savory with a bitter finish.
Suggestions
Serve it in glasses with a medium opening. Ideal with lean cured meats, such as prosciutto, as well as more classic pairings such as grilled meats and fish soups.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
