We are located at 350 m above sea level, the soil in this case is calcareous clay always rich in marl and minerals which gives impetus and flavor to these grapes.
The wine ferments in barrels at a controlled temperature for 15 days where manual punching down and pumping over are carried out.
Subsequently, malolactic fermentation takes place in 10 hectoliter oak barrels where it ages for 18 months, before being placed on the market it rests in the bottle for 6 months.
It is a wine of marked sinuosity that manages to be broad and tasty.
