The vineyards from which the grapes are selected are located at 380 m above sea level, in this sort of natural amphitheater which creates ideal conditions for viticulture.
The presence of a soil rich in marl and the great ventilation allow us to work with healthy vineyards that need very little work on the part of man in terms of work in the vineyard.
After manual selection, the grapes are placed in barrels for fermentation for 14 days where pumping over and punching down are carried out.
The rest of the refinement is divided between wooden barrels (18 months) and bottle (6 months).
Going to work in this way and thanks to these climatic and morphological conditions, the result is a wine of great extraction with a dynamic and lean substance.
