Pernice 2020 Box da 6 bottiglie
Pernice is the winery's first cru. It takes its name from the vineyard of the same name, located on a plot once used for partridge hunting.
The grapes, harvested by hand, undergo a short cold maceration for 48 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation for about 12 days. The wine matures in barriques for 12 months and after bottling rests for another year in the bottle.
Features
Colour: deep ruby red with typical garnet reflections.
perfume: complex, broad with aromas of violets and small red fruits, roasted coffee and cocoa.
Taste: elegant, full-bodied, with full and evident fruit, balanced with a pleasant minerality and a long, spicy finish.
Suggestions
Try it with tagliatelle with venison ragout and porcini mushrooms.
Recommended with: roasts, mushrooms, truffles.
