Peloro Bianco 2023 Box da 6 bottiglie
The carefully selected and hand-picked grapes come from vineyards located in the volcanic Peloro hills in the province of Messina. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery, where they undergo a soft pressing to extract the juice without damaging the grains, thus preserving the quality of the must. Vinification is carried out using traditional methods, respecting the nature of the fruit and preserving the authenticity of the terroir.
The must undergoes controlled fermentation at low temperatures for about 15 days, to preserve the fruity aromas and freshness as much as possible. Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine can develop its complexity and harmony. Afterwards, Peloro Bianco is bottled.
