Pharis 2021 Box da 6 bottiglie
Le Casematte's Pharis is a pure Grillo. The grapes are harvested manually in the second week of September. For vinification, dry ice is added and fermentation at controlled temperature lasts for about 15 days. The wine matures in 500-litre French oak casks and in cement. Maturation is followed by bottle ageing for 10 months.
Features
Colour: straw yellow.
perfume: complex, with clear hints of citrus fruits, yellow-fleshed fruit, elderflower, fresh herbs and a light spiciness.
Taste: thick, savory and enveloping on the palate, with an acidic thrust that accompanies the long, fresh, citrusy finish.
Suggestions
Serve in a wide goblet. It is a versatile white wine that goes well with the whole meal, from mature cheeses to risottos and grilled fish.
Recommended with: vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
