Onìris Bianco 2021

Onìris white wine comes from the southern coast of central Sicily and is the result of a selection of white grapes of different varieties, among which some particularly fragrant stand out. The sandy soil allows the production of light wines with a fine nose, to be drunk casually.

The harvest is manual and takes place between the end of August and mid-September. The grapes are softly pressed and only the purest free-run must is employed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a low temperature to preserve the aromatic freshness of the grapes. The wine rests in steel for a few months before being bottled.
