Nekaj 2018
The great uniqueness of this wine is the daughter of Damijan Podverisic's know-how to make wine, a classic example where in front of the wine first of all there is a craftsman who makes it great. This great knowledge and skill also derives from the personal life of the winemaker who worked with Josko Gravner, pioneer and luminary of the world of Orange.
The Nekaj is obtained from organic vines where no substance of a chemical nature is used but only natural, the soils are rich in marl and sandstone between 110 and 140 m above sea level.
After a manual harvest, once the maximum ripeness has been reached, the grapes ferment in truncated conical oak vats for 60-90 days on the skins. Subsequently, it rests in the barrel for 3 years and 1 year in the bottle before being released on the market.
