Oltresogno Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Oltresogno is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine from the Tuscan coast, which has found its highest varietal expression in Bolgheri.

The grapes are harvested when ripe and fermented in steel tanks.

Maturation of the wine takes place both in steel tanks and in oak barriques and tonneaux, which contribute spicy aromas to the wine's aromatic range.

A full-bodied, warm wine with evident but balanced tannins.

Perfect with meat-based meals.

Colour: intense ruby red.

perfume: hints of cherry and blackberry, balanced by a light spiciness and varietal vegetable notes.

Taste: warm and intense, persistent.

Excellent with roast lamb!

Recommended with: roasts, pork, meat sauce pasta, charcuterie, hams and cold meat.
