Nordes Atlantic Galician Gin 70cl

Nordés is an original Gin produced in Galicia, the northern region of Spain overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and aims to express in its taste the very essence of the Atlantic breezes. It is called Nordés, as the name of the characteristic wind of the region that precedes the arrival of good weather. It is a superior quality Gin with a pronounced, particularly fresh and aromatic taste, sold in a white bottle reminiscent of traditional Galician ceramics. It was born from the collaboration of three friends: an entrepreneur in the wine sector, a sommelier and a distiller. They have developed a flavoring formula that uses mainly local botanicals.

The alcoholic base is a wine spirit, in particular of white wine obtained from the local Albariño grape, with floral and fruity aromas. Flavoring precedes distillation with maceration of 9 different botanicals: sage, bay leaf, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint, glasswort, juniper, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus flowers and black tea. Each botanical macerates separately with different duration according to its characteristics.
