Grappa Nonino Riserva 20 Years Sherry Cask (wih own box)

Grappa Nonino Riserva 20 Years Sherry Cask is an exclusive grappa, coming from a single oak barrel previously used for the production of the Spanish Sherry wine. It is a barrel from Jerez de la Frontera, placed under seal and supervised by the customs agency. Only 664 0.7-liter bottles were produced. The production is the typical artisanal one of the Nonino house, the fresh pomace is distilled in a steam-heated copper still with cutting of the heads and tails. Subsequently the grappa is placed in the Sherry barrel of Jerez de la Frontera, is sealed and placed under surveillance for 20 years. Grappa has an original, balsamic and fruity taste, due to the type of barrel used.

Aging began on April 14, 2001 and ended on July 6, 2021 when the distillate was extracted from the barrel and bottled. Each bottle is decorated with 24 carat gold brushing.
