Moscato Giallo 2021
The Moscato Giallo grapes grow on the slopes of San Michele Appiano at an average height of just over 400 m above sea level. The harvest with manual collection and selection of the bunches falls more or less in mid-October; fermentation and aging take place in steel vats. Moscato giallo has almost always been vinified - especially in Piedmont - mainly in the sweet version; the San Michele Appiano winery was among the first to interpret it in the dry version, thus giving life to a wine that is easy to interpret and has a pleasant acidity enhanced by fine fruity notes.
