Moscato d’Asti Sciandor 2023

Compared to Asti Spumanti, Moscato d’Asti is only lightly sparkling: lower level of fizziness. It is a light wine, made with a single fermentation of the grapes juice in pressurized vat, stopped when about 5% alcol is reached.

Taste: light body, sweet, balanced and refreshing.

Suggestions

You can pair it with cases and fruit desserts, but well chilled can be a valid aperitif or conversation wine as well.
