Monte Aribaldo Dolcetto d'Alba 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
Monte Aribaldo Dolcetto d'Alba is made from pure Dolcetto grapes in the Alba area, an area particularly suited to the production of this variety.
The Dolcetto grapes are vinified in red with maceration with emerged pomace cap for six to seven days at a controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel and is followed by malolactic fermentation. After that, the wine ages for about five months in cement.
Features
Colour: deep purple red with violet reflections.
perfume: cherry, currant, blueberry jam and a slight herbaceous note.
Taste: dry and harmonious, with good structure and an almond finish.
Suggestions
It can mature another 2 to 3 years in the cellar. We recommend it with second courses of meat that are not too elaborate and with typical Piedmontese appetizers such as battuta di fassona and vitello tonnato.
Recommended with: pork, meat sauce pasta, charcuterie, hams and cold meat, pizza.
