Martinenga Nebbiolo Langhe 2023 Box da 6 bottiglie

The grapes used for Martinenga Nebbiolo Langhe come from vineyards located in the Martinenga area, in the commune of Barbaresco, at an altitude of about 280m above sea level. 

After harvesting, a red vinification is carried out, with maceration with emerged pomace cap for about a settimaan, at a controlled temperature. This is followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, and the production process then concludes with 5 months of aging in cement or steel tanks.
